Thanks for such an updated blog .... Please can you comment as to how there will be flooding downstream if the water starts passing through the spillway ... as a layman I understand that when the lake level reaches the spillway only then it will start discharging the amout of water which is reaching till that level ... If there is no erosion in the spill way ( a big IF right now ) would there still be a big flooding downstream ... thanks
